Port Adapter part number?

I have a POS port adapter that takes up two slots. It shows up in the show diag as a PA-POSDW-SM with a part number 73-2107-07, but I can't find that part anywhere on Cisco or google. The serial number does not come up in SCC.

Does anyone have an idea as to what I'm looking at?

Re: Port Adapter part number?

Hey,

I did a search on cisco's site and left the -07 off (this can be a version or revision number on a lot of cisco stuff, so sometimes it hinders finding things).

I found one document:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps359/products_field_notice09186a0080094c77.shtml

Looking at this I'd guess you have a singlemode OC3 adapter on a VIP2-20 or VIP2-40 or equivalent.

HTH
