"port scanned status?" Do you mean if someone were to do a port scan on your network?
You can show any interface status by:
sh int fa0/1
or
sh int status
The first will give you statistics like bandwidth, duplex, speed, input and output statistics, etc.
The second is more brief and will show you if the port is connected, what the speed and duplex settings are.
If you're talking about real port scanning, then no, there's not a command for that because that's at the transport layer (L4).
