I realize this is a long shot but thought I'd throw it out there.
I picked up a 1720 for a lab, but the power button is missing. I tried pulling the power button from another unit, and while it inserted, there is no clicking and now I can't power on either unit.
Does anybody know the trick to powering on a 1700 without the power button?
