PRI channels

DEar All,

We are facing a peculiar problem in PRI .At one point of time, we are able to use only firts 7 channels of PRI i.e. in case of failure of channlised E1 , only 7 remote sites are able to dial to PRI.

In short, only seven channels of PRI can be used either for outgoing or incoming.

This was the working PRI on 3745 router . Suddenly , this problem has cropped up .

can somebody help on same?

Which is the new box in which you have connected this PRI ?

Can you also post the config you have done in the 3745 router and in the new router ?

Sir,

It is the same Cisco 3745 router . Nothing has been changed .

I am attaching the show version & show runn of 3745 router .In the config , some username & passwords could be deleted in dialer because of testing purpose.

for best practices why don't you configure seperate dialer interface for remote locations....
