Hi,
Does anyone know the new location of http://www.cisco-bt-portal.com/iusr/DSL/Product_Bulletin_DSL.pdf it seems to have moved and I want to check on the latest recommended version of FW for a 1921 running a HWIC-1ADSL.It's currently running AMR-4.0.015.bin.
Thanks

If it is on the Alcatel 20190 chip set you will want to use verison 0.0.026. This was developed specifically for the BT DSLAMS

I see, I dodn't think that you could upgrade the Firmware on a 1921, I've done it on an 887?
A) BT Annex-A ADSL 2+ STM Products [857,867,877,887 & HWIC-1-ADSL*]
BT has deployed a new ADSL2+ Annex-A service in 2009 for a number of their services based on the
BT Wholesale Broadband Connect [WBC] service and this service is also widely used by UK providers
for ADSL 2+ access.
BT Service: BT WBC ADSL Annex-A
Platforms: 857, 867, 877, 887 and HWIC-1-ADSL*
IOS: 12.4(3)T or later - Preferred: 12.4(15)T or or 15.01M - latest sub-release
Firmware: v.0.0.26 [interim engineering release]
Applies to the following products operating on BT’s WBC Annex-A service :-
857,878, 877, 887, HWIC-1-ADSL* [HWIC-1-ADSL is not as thoroughly tested on later firmware]

I've done it on 1801's and 1841's, as well as the 800 series range, as long as the DSL interface is using the Alcatel 20190 chipset. I've also found that if the DSL FW is not compatible with the router, the router will just boot up with the embedded version, so doesn't cause any outage.

Thanks the upgrade worked, fingers crossed it helps keep the link stable.
Init FW: init_AMR-5.0.007.bin
