production router and firewall

Originaly there was/is a P2P connecting branch office with hq with ability to dial phone extensions on both sides. The following is the topology. The configs worked, except the digital phone system could not dial extensions through the point tp point. Both sides of the P2P have same type of digital phone.

LAN switch > T1 Point to point Cisco 1721

router (connecting this branch

office with servers at HQ, plus
