QoS and a new company

            I just started at a new job and I having a call quality issue at a remote site. I don't have much experience with QoS but there configuration does not look correct. Each location and a link from Carrier A and Carrier B for redundancy but they have the same configuration for Qos on both routers even though the Carriers use differnt percentages. Attched is the configuration on both our routers as well as what the carriers are looking for. Any help with the config would be appreciated. I am also reading Cisco docs but could use some guidance.
