QOS between switches

Hi

I have 100Mbps fibre ETEHRNET lINK between two sites A and B.Site A has Cat4006 and Site B has Cat3750 .We have VOIP traffic flowing between the sites as well.Last week the link was saturated and dropping the calls.Please let me know if there is anyway to implement QOS and give priority to VOICE calls and then to e-mail

On a 3750, yes there is.

Not certain for a 4006, but I would suspect there is. (If the 4006 can't, you could probably hang a small 2960 off it for some basic QoS.)
