QOS conflicting classifications

If I have two conflicting match statement in two different class-map, which one would be examined first ? Example: match protocol citrix classified AF4 and match ip x.x.x.x classified AF3 ? What happens if the station x.x.x.x produces citrix traffic but for some reason, I want it to stay in AF3. Let's assume the policy-map would be based on CBWFQ bandwidth af4 remaining 40 % followed by bandwidth af4 remaining 40 % . Would the order of the statements in the policy-map determine the order in which the classifications are examined ? This example is a bit theoretical, it's just to understand the mechanisms behind.
