QOS: Output of "show policy-map" shows ATM overhead ?

Hi we are using MLPPPoATM in our WAN.

The ML is encrypted by using GETVPN and we are also using QOS on the ML. Configuration is like following

Now we are not sure what exactly show us the output of "show policy-map interface multilink 151" (the same also for "show int multilink 151") if we look to a particular class and the offered rate for this class, in

our case escecially for the class xQOS-CLASS-EF_Realtime_Voice where VOIP-traffic is in.

Lets assume we are using G729 which is created by a cisco IP-Phone

theoratically every 20ms there is sent one Packet with 141 Byte

PPP Header:              5 Byte

ML Header:               2 Byte   (or 4 Byte)

GETVPN IP-Header:       20 Byte        

ESP Header              52 Byte

IP Header:              20 Byte

UDP Header:              8 Byte

RTP Header:             12 Byte

Data:                   20 Byte

FCS:                     2 Byte

this would result in a  56,4kbps (141x8x50) over the ML

I would expect that the outout of the show policy-map int multilink 151 would show us this as offered rate

for the particular class.

One othe opinion is that a 141 Byte packet will nee need 3 ATM-cells a 53 Bytes which would result

in a 63,6kbps (2x53x8x50) Stream on the ATM

so the question is if we see in the outout of the show-commands the consumed BW with or without ATM-overhead?
