If i have the following statement
Class-map match-all xxx1
Match protocol http
Class-map match-all xxx2
Match protocol http host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
policy-map xxx
class xxx1
set dscp af11
class xxx2
set dscp af12
within this statement once http traffice is marked from the first class-map would the traffic that matches the second statement also be marked even though it is http traffic as well? Or would onlcy the traffic be marked for one and not the other?

Kevin,
Each class is processed in the order they are put in the Policy map.
If i understood your question, then swap your classes inside the policy map and it should work like a champ..-:)
