"Show ip eigrrp topology details" command output

Here follows an abstract of a "show ip eigrp topology details" output, I guess the "stats" part at the end of some routes means "statistiscs", but what's the real meaning of each field and why they appear only on some (few) routes?

P 172.16.37.0/24, 1 successors, FD is 17945600, serno 64218, Stats m(800)M(8788)A(4794)c(2)

via 172.19.37.2 (17945600/281600), Tunnel37

P 172.19.38.0/30, 1 successors, FD is 17920000, serno 43776

via Connected, Tunnel38

P 172.16.38.0/24, 1 successors, FD is 17945600, serno 63820, Stats m(532)M(1084)A(808)c(2)

via 172.19.38.2 (17945600/281600), Tunnel38

Tnx,

Max.

Re: "Show ip eigrrp topology details" command output

Hi,

Stats === exact EIGRP state that this destination is in. It can be the number 0, 1, 2, or 3. This information appears only when the destination is in the active state.

For the real meaning of each field just go thro,

Re: "Show ip eigrrp topology details" command output

Actually the destination is in passive mode, and the values are not 0,1,2 or 3, but m(xxx) M(yyy) and so on, maybe I've not made myself enough clear in my previous mail.

Here is another example of a "show ip eigrp topology details" output (only the relevant part):

P 192.168.110.0/24, 1 successors, FD is 3074560, serno 1555, Stats m(296)M(304)A(300)c(2)

via 10.177.110.22 (3074560/28160), Tunnel112

via 10.177.110.62 (4098560/28160), Tunnel116

What about the meaning of "Stats m(296)M(304)A(300)c(2)" and why these numbers shows up only on few destinations?

Apparently there is no difference between a destination that has these value on the output and all the other destinations that doesn't.

Bye,

Max
