Hi,

I am planning to do a complex migration from frame-relay to mpls and need to know what kind of traffic is traversing this link ?

What are my options or tools that I can do to accomplish this ?

Pls advice,

Cheers,

Not as good as Narayan's suggestion using Netflow, but if the router supports NBAR, you might obtain an insight into the traffic crossing the router too.

Last, and probably least informative, you can use IP accounting. You would need to deduce application flows from source-destination IP pairs, which is a downside, but it can be applied quickly, and does not need additional devices, like a netflow collector.
