Not entirely sure what you are asking but if you mean you want to redistribute all statics without removing the route map then it depends on how you are matching the existing statics in your route map.
It would be a two step process ie.
1) modify your route map so you were allowing all statics
2) then clear the BGP session using the soft command eg.
clear ip bgp <neighbor address> soft <in/out>
