is there any soultion to replicate two 2911 routers for redundancy?

if one unit fail the other one connected to the same switch will handle traffic.

Yes, although then the switch becomes a single point of failure.  That might be addressed with multiple switches and/or stackable switches.

Could you clarify what kind of redundancy you're looking for?

For small ISRs like 2911, redundancy is usually provided by having two (or more) with multiple L3 links and/or FHRP (i.e. HSRP, VRRP).
