Redundant Link

Hi.

I have a router with 2 links from different ISP. I need to configure redundant link. When the first link down, the second link up. What protocol i use? Both links are in a router only.

There are several options which could work for you. Perhaps the easiest approach is to configure 2 default routes, pointing 1 to each of the ISP. With 2 links to 2 separate ISP many people would run BGP. Depending on some things in your network (how it is addressed, whether to get your own autonomous system number or use private AS numbers with each ISP) it may work well for you.
