Reg:1841 router

Dear experts,

1)I have a 1841 router and i take 2mb bandwith and i have some ip phones on my network now we want to segrigate the bandwidth 1mb for ip phones and 1mb for lan users.

2)i hve 2 different isp links one is righnow we r using shell i use ethernet failover on 1841.if possible cani get some examples of bandwidth segrigation and ethernet failover.
