one of my customer is having 3660 router it was a main router in thathaving wic12t nm cord.now the problem is router is hanging suddenly ping is getting request timed out and on thattime iam not able to go through console while restat only iam getting ping i am not able to undestand this problem.so iamsending tech support plz seethat and plz suggest if any ios and any problem in router.
I assume you capture this "show tech-support" after rebooting the C3660, since you mentioned that it hangs? If it is, the output will not help much for troubleshooting.
The best time to capture "show tech-support" is when the device is currently encountering a problem, but in your case it will not work since it hangs. The next best information is the syslog. Did you enable syslog (debug level) to a syslog server and capture some logs before it hangs? Please post it here.
However, there is multiple problem with your installed IOS. Have you considered upgrading it?
