How do you connect with them? BGP? Do you have your own AS and IP Address block from RIR?

Srini,
Is this a setup with Public IPs, for load-balancing over internet?

Hi Srinivas
You can define 2 static routes (one without any admin distance towards your primary link and one with some admin distance pointed towards your secondary link)..
Make sure you are having the required nat outside and inside statement under all the interfaces.
The above said things are applicable if you don't have any ip address on your own and don't have any bgp with ur SP..
