reg:router

Dear sir,

For our office we shall set up 2 leased lines from different ISPs.

We would like 1/2 of the office (engineering team) to use one ISP and the other half of the office (Business Team) to use the other ISP.

In case of any problem with any ISP, we would like the other network to switch over to the working network automatically with minimum wiring changes.if possible load balance.

PLz suggest the best router.

Regards

Re: reg:router

What is the desired speed of the link, and what advanced services are you planning to use there? Like QoS?

Re: reg:router

u can configure PBR or BGP to achieve this.

Re: reg:router

If you run a routing protocol like ospf on your network, then you can redistribute the default route as type 1 route.

This will make sure that the internal networks would take the least shortest path.

HTH, rate if it does
