Regarding BGP in 3945E

I am new in Dynamic routing. I had learnt about it during my CCNA classes and never got the opportunity to work on it. Now, i am supposed to configure BGP in it.

The scenario will be like this: Router>>>>Firewall>>>switches

I will need to know how it is to be done in Router so please help me the way to achieve it.

Thank you in advance.

What will the router be talking BGP to, and what do you need BGP to actually do?

My router will be used for the BGP config and then we have firewall below the router. We have been given the AS number and the neighbour. So we have to configure the router accordingly. Want to know the basics of BGP and the command line to do so.

A very basic BGP configuration:

router bgp <your asn>
redistribute connected
  neighbor a.b.c.d remote-as <neighbours asn>
no auto-summary
