remote VPN issue urgently

hi, i have configured easyvpn server on ASA 5550 and installed vpn client on remote systems. It works fine on every system except one system in which the status shows encrypted 0 decrypted 0 packets and discarded every other packet what is the problem

Is this one system using the same group/pass combination that all of the others are? If so, I would try to uninstall the client and reinstall it.

no they are using different group/pass combination.

id check the key in the vpn client again.. and jsut for the heck of it reinstall the software again...

b4 the vpn client start to connect check if this system can ping to your asa outside..

(yull need to allow ping on the outside int first. )

have experienced this case b4 so its worth a try ..

Does the non-working client have Windows (or other 3rd party) firewall on?
