I have a customer with the standard AC power supply in a 2811. Can I simply order the spare PWR-2811-AC-IP= so that I can get PoE in the chassis and swap the power supplies? I want to make sure that I have all of the system board connections and cables necessary to do this. Thanks.

I've done this and is very straightforward. The part will contain everything you need including a pigtail that connects -48V from the PS directly to the motherboard.

That will be enougn for PoE PS. Then, also some the ESW cards come in varieties with or without PoE, so you've to chekc what's installed in the router also. Use "show diag" for that.
