Hi,
I have a customer sending me a /25 via RIP v2. I wish to announce this route into an EBGP connection as two /26.
How is the best way to do this?
Suggestions?
Thanks

If you want to advertise 2 /25s then you need to have the /25s appear in your routing table. Probably the most easy way to do this would be to configure 2 /25 static routes. You can then redistribute (or configure BGP network statements) to advertise the /25s.

Gareth,
You might want to try out the BGP Conditional Advertisement feature:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/iproute/command/reference/irp_bgp3.html#wp1012658
Redistribute RIP into BGP, look for the existence of the /25 in the RIB, and then advertise those /26s...
Let me know how you go.
