route adjustments question.

I have two routers at a site.  one with a directly connected wireless bridge back to headquarters and the other with a P2P T1 back to the headquarters.  I have 3 subnets at the site.  I want 2 of the subnets to use the wireless bridge (54m connection) as primary and T1 as backup.  I want the other subnet to do the reverse (T1 as primary and bridge as backup). This is a router on a stick scenario where the gateway for the 3 subnets are sub interfaces on the router.   What’s the easiest way of doing this.  HSRP on the routers and some sort of route adjustments but just not sure on the simplest way of doing this.  I am using EIGRP at the site and home office.  routers at remote site are 1841.

You might do that by using policy based routing (PBR).

Take care about how fail-over is configured.
