Route Leaking: Redistributing Connected / VRF Lite / BGP

Having a hard time finding documentation on this and I'm not in a position to test this out.

router bgp 65501

address-family ipv4 vrf NUTS-L3-EPL
  neighbor remote-as 65500
  neighbor activate
  no synchronization
  redistribute connected <-------------------?

Will redistributing the connected command pull in ALL connected interfaces, or just those interfaces that have been tagged as

vrf NUTS-L3-EPL? It makes sense to me that it would only be interfaces that have been tagged, just as we need to w/ vrf static routes.

I will be doing this on 6500's w/ lots of connected interfaces that need to be redistributed into vrf NUTS-L3-EPL, but I will not be allowed to tag them w/ an interface vrf command.

What is the cleanest and most scalable method to getting hundreds of connected interfaces (non vrf ones) redistributed into this NUTS-L3-EPL vrf?

Thank you much for the help!
