Route map Question

Hi Experts,

I am trying to implement a route map to send the traffic to a particular destination via a particular path(path-2) based on the source address.

I need to implement a feature that the traffic will be sent over this path-2 only if the latency of this path is below 100ms and if the latency exceeds 100ms, the traffic should be sent to an alternate path(path-1).

We currently have a route to the same destination that we are trying to reach using the route map, on the same router via the path-1 and thats why the route map.

Please can someone help as I need to implement this asap due to bandwidth restrictions.

Any help would be much appreciated.
