Unfortunately, your problem description does not help us in determining what is happening and how best we can help you. Can you describe exactly what is happening when you try to log in? Are you logging in via the console? Do you get a username/password prompt? Did you change the default username/password the 1st time you logged in?
What happens when you console into the appliance? Be more specific.
