router clock issue

Hi,

My router clock time and router's interface time is showing different. I mean, when i m checking the show log command,interface's up and down time is not matching with the router's clock time. Suppose the interface has just now come up, it is showing "May 28 13:37:40.482: %LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Serial1/1,

changed state to up,but at that time router clock time was showing "19:54:50.577 IST Mon May 28 2007".

Kindly let me know what could be the issue. Router model is "cisco 7206VXR".

Hi,

I believe you need this:

service timestamps debug datetime localtime

service timestamps log datetime localtime

clock timezone CET X

clock summer-time CET recurring last Sun Mar 2:00 last Sun Oct 3:00
