Router module hanged problem

my router module hanged in night through which isp connectivity  available due  to of hwic-2fe module goes down. how i can resolve this problem.

I have TWO questions for you: 

 

1.  Where did you source your cables from, some hack from e-Bay?

2.  Do you actually have a network engineer?  A credible network engineer?  

 

The line errors that we've highlighted, that is Networking 101.  If no one from your organization saw it then you've got trouble.
