I received a new class C from my provider I will be using for BGP. Should I create a subinterface for it or use a secondary IP on the same interface??

Can you elaborate on how you going to advertise your new class C? Do you have your own AS#? Have you defined eBGP peering with your provider?

I agree that we need more information before we can give a good answer to your question. Can you tell us about your current environment? Are you currently running BGP? If so to how many peers? Do you already have some address space and this is additional space? If so please tell us how you are using the existing address space and how you intend to use the new address space. Also can you tell us what kind of equipment you have (routers, firewalls, switches) and how they are connected - and how you connect to your service provider(s). Once we know these things we may be able to give better answers to your question.
