Re: Router not booting up after Image upgrade.

Hello,

you might want to try and increase iomem:

rommon> iomemset 15

and reload the router, see if that makes a difference.

Re: Router not booting up after Image upgrade.

Hi

Thank you very much for the reply.

I configured the iomemset 15 and rebooted the system, but same error is showing and router is not booting up.

Any other method please...

rommon 2 > iomemset 15

Invoking this command will change the io memory percent

Re: Router not booting up after Image upgrade.

Hi,

I uploaded the .bin file to the router with CNA(cisco network assistance) software. After upload, the CNA asked for reload the router. After reload the router is not booting up.

Should I have to upload the .tar file insted of .bin file?

I think the router flash has got two .bin files now.

One the old image 12.4(3a) and the new image 12.4(5).

Hi,

Thank you very much for the support.

The image was corrupted, after uploading a new image, the router booted properly.
