The maximum rated performance of the 2811 is 61MBps. However, the use of multilink PPP is a CPU-intensive operation so you are not likely to get that much out of it.. but then, you only need 6Mbps of throughput.
So in short, I believe the 2811 will handle it. In order to treat the 4 T1s as a single pipe, you will need to use Multilink PPP. The following link describes MPPP configuration:
