Routers in different AS in a Frame Relay network

Hi,

I have 3 sites with Site A connected via Frame Relay to Site B and Site B connected via Frame Relay to Site C. Site A does not have a direct PVC to Site C. Each Router is in a different AS's so I assume for A to talk to C, I have to configure next-hop self on B?

Just trying to get my head around next-hop in EBGP

Ebgp will always have a next hop as self. In fact in this case you will have AS path that includes site B on both end nodes.
