I have an MPLS link at one of the location and wanted to utilize the link for two offices in same premises with LAN segmnt as 192.168.130.x  with default gateway of same range 192.168.130.5

Can we use the same router as gateway for other office where LAN range as 192.168.25.x.

Hi Nihit ,

Yes you can. You have to create a different vlan that will accomodate the 192.168.25.0/24 prefix, and then create a subinterface on the WAN router's LAN interface.

Hi Nihit,

If I understood your netwoek topology correctly, you can do this by configuring a new subinterface to your router for the other VLAN 192.168.25.x.

Lets asumme that you allocate the IP 192.168.25.254 to this sub interface of the router.

This IP will be the default gateway for the users of the 192.168.25.0/24 range.

The other subinterface will be used for the 192.168.130.x users.

Hope that helps,

yes you can... if you are using vlans on your topology, the only thing you should do is configure a new subinterface with an ip address of the another segment, if you have not vlans, configure the ip address for the DG like secondary address
