RSP720-3C-GE cannot save the Config

Hi

We have Cisco7606 with RSP720-3C-GE,when we reset  the router by power off and power on botton the router, first show the message "Warning: NVRAM Area Courrupt, using default value" in boot procedure and then router go to rommon mode and also some times the config erased after physical reboot,Please note we also change the battery of NVRAM on the RSP Board but the problem still exist after physical boot, also we don,t have any problem when when we reset the router by reload command

It,s my pleasure if you help me urgent because we loose all the config whenever we reset the router by power on
