RV016 Router

I have a customer that is running a small business with 5 systems running windows xp pro. The problem is I'm trying to setup PC Anywhere but I can't access the system through the router. I setup port management and I have been working with Symantec for this problem. They claim it might be the router causing the problem. With this problem they are also compaining about 2 of the 5 systems are running very slow on the internet. They are running Comcast Broadband. I ran speed test with down at 68 which is above what they should be getting. But I do see the  problem they are talking about.

I hope some one can help and get back to me ASAP>.
