Sample project plans for corporate WAN deployment

I wasn't sure where to put this, so please forgive me if it's in a totally wrong area.

I am tasked with completing our corporate WAN deployment and since our VP is very big on project plans (which is probably a good thing) I have to have a formal one for him. I've never done this before and I've been searching for some sample project plans but I haven't found anything. Can anyone suggest a book, website or other resource that might have what I'm looking for?
