Secure DDNS update with TSIG with IOS router?

Is it possible to setup a DDNS update method with a TSIG key on an IOS router? We have a dynamic IP address on the internet connection and need to update the DNS records on a public DNS server.

I think I have looked everywhere but it is neither documented nor can I find anything in CLI help. Thus, either is is not supported or I have missed something. Does anyone know if it is possible or not?
