Serial Cable - 8Mbps

Hi, I want use the interface "0" of NM-4T, the speed will be set to 8 Mbps. The CAB-V35MT will support this speed ? . If not, what cable is the correct to use?

Sure, the cable supports the speed. You have to disable the other three ports.

Hi

Its not the cable which is restricting the speed, its the hardware limitation imposed by the card which affects.

This is a feature of NM-4T that it supports consolidated bandwidth of 8Mbps; be it 8Mb on one port or 2Mb on each of 4 ports.

Also the interface V.35, depends on the modem u are using. If ur modem is having a V.35 DCE interface, then only u should buy CAB-V35MT.
