Serial interface - leased line connection

Dear all,

I have a leased line between 2 site A & B. Both i already pre-configure but when i test, i can't ping between the 2 interface.

What could be the problem. I saw that the B interfece is (looped), what does it mean? Both serial interface i already connected to the modem/NTU

Site A (klcc)

Serial0/1/0 is up, line protocol is down

  Hardware is GT96K Serial

  Description: Connect to OU Router

  Internet address is 172.16.3.1/30

  MTU 1500 bytes, BW 512 Kbit/sec, DLY 20000 usec,

     reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255

  Encapsulation HDLC, loopback not set

  Keepalive set (10 sec)

A loop is generated towards site B.It is not from your Site A or Site B modem, because both end serial is up.Co-ordinate with your service provider regarding the loop.I think a loop is generated from service provider end only .Please reply after doing the troubleshooting.

i get the isp to com to check. i'll reply later

it seem that the isp already rectified the problem is at their end. tq so much
