Setting up Frame Relay

I have a 2811 router that I am trying to run a test on for a project. I have been given a NM-HDV2-2T1/E1. Can I set up frame relay on this and if so how would I do it? Here is a sample of the commands I would like to use...

On physical interface

mtu 4400

no ip address

encapsulation frame-relay IETF

ip route-cache flow

frame-relay lmi-type ansi

On sub-interface...

interface Serial0/0.476 point-to-point

description PPVC SC100

bandwidth 128

ip address 10.98.44.1 255.255.255.0

traffic-shape rate 128000 7936 7936 1000

traffic-shape adaptive 96000

frame-relay class primary

Can this be done using that module??

Yeah, I actually meant to put it on this forum but without paying attention I placed it on the LAN forum. Sorry. This post can be deleted as the answers I was looking for are on the other post.
