SFP'S FOR ASR-1002-X

I need some help as i am very frustrated with a a very simple situation here...

We have ASR-1002-X and I need SFP's to use with the built-in 6 Ethernet ports. It seems like all   GE-T should work but i tried the following models with no luck!

P/N 30-1421-01

P/N 30-1421-03

Can someone please provide the part number they are using?

Read THIS. SKU of 30-1421-01 should work.   So if it's not working, it could either be a bug or a hardware failure.  

Note that the link in the original thread has been removed so I don't know where the original web document is now located.  

At which case, kindly raise a TAC Case and let them do further investigation.

tried 30-1421-01 and its not working...

The funny thing is when i am trying GLC-T 30-1410-02, it works fine however the CISCO documentation says that its not supported...
