Can you get a pretty accurate idea of how much bandwidth is being used on an interface by the TX load and RX load stats?
Does this take into account if you have changed the bandwidth description manually on an interface?
Also, the reliability, what is being checked to get that parameter on the "sh interface"?

The calculation of TX load and RX load are based on the configured bandwidth. If you have used the interface bandwidth command to specify a bandwidth value then that is the value used in the calculation. If you have configured an accurate value then you get accurate results and if you have configured a value too high or too low than the real figure then you will get invalid results.

Hi,
The best option you can go for is the input and o/p rate on the sh interface o/p. For a more accurate output configure a lesser load interval on the interface.
I hope it helps .
