In the show ip cache flow output the packet counter for each source/destination pair some times has a K after it.
For example
Gi0/1.1 192.168.5.85 Gi0/0 10.200.5.243 06 0050 E903 10K
Since the counter is Packets does that K mean 10 thousand?

Daniel,
That is correct.

Bobby,
Is there any way to get a byte counter instead of packet count?

Bobby,
Is there anyway to turn this into a byte counter?

Daniel,
What platform? I don't think you can get byte counts for specific flows through the CLI, but if you configure a netflow collector, such as a NAM, i believe it can provide such info.
