Re: show privilege level of commands

The only privilege levels that have commands by default are 0, 1, and 15. You can see what is in level 0 by:

9-11-8-3725-118#en 0

9-11-8-3725-118>?

Exec commands:

call Voice call

disable Turn off privileged commands

enable Turn on privileged commands

exit Exit from the EXEC

help Description of the interactive help system

logout Exit from the EXEC

You see level 1 by typing disable:

9-11-8-3725-118>disable

9-11-8-3725-118>?

Exec commands:

access-enable Create a temporary Access-List entry

access-profile Apply user-profile to interface

call Voice call

clear Reset functions

connect Open a terminal connection

crypto Encryption related commands.

You'll see in that list that traceroute is a level 1 command. All commands not in this list are enable 15 commands.
