Show version shows different flash memory size

Hi guys,

My router has 128 MB Flash Memory, but show version says that it has 125440K bytes, as show below. Can someone explain this to me, please?

Output of show version:

Cisco 3845 (revision 1.0) with 485376K/38912K bytes of memory.

2 Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
12 Serial interfaces
1 Virtual Private Network (VPN) Module
DRAM configuration is 64 bits wide with parity enabled.
479K bytes of NVRAM.
125440K bytes of ATA System CompactFlash (Read/Write)

Configuration register is 0x2102

128MB is mega BITS while 125440K is in bytes.
