Hi, pls. help. Is it normal that I cant ping the NAT outside port of my NAT router? The ip address of the outside port is 192.168.74.3 this I cant ping, while 192.168.74.4 can be reached. Do I really need to put acl on my NAT router allowing mg PC's ip address to get through to inside network?

hi
Can you revert in which context you are calling 192.168.74.3 as outside ip address ? ru looking from the outside public network and pinging the ip address or how is it so ??
So do clarify with which source ip you are trying to ping this ip and also if possible do post out the configs here..

hi, thanks, pls. find attached nat router config. My PC's ip addr. is 192.168.101.241, NAT router's outside port adr. is 192.168.74.3 connected to 192.168.74.4. I can ping 192.168.74.4 but not 192.168.74.3. My question is do I need to add acl to NAT router to allow my ip addr. in order for me to ping outside port (192.168.74.3)? I want to access a server from inside network what config will I add to NAT router?
