Sniffing packets from switch 2900

I have got Cisco switch 2900, which it have got 24 PCs (24 ports) connected to this switch.

I want to do a test , how can I sniff all packets (not only intended for me) on my LAN (for all 24 PCs) ?

Only way to do this is if all PCs are on the same VLAN

If that is the case, then you can span the vlan to a port and plug your sniffer in that port.

This should explain SPAN /Port mirroring
