We have multiple MPLS VPN PE routers where lot of customer terminating interfaces are polled. Due to this the SNMP traffic to the router is more from the NMS and it increases the load on the router's CPU. Is it anyway to optimize the CPU due to SNMP. (for eg. OSPF has got a feature called ISPF which will greatly reduces the impact on the CPU).
